What data we collect

Through the contact form on this website we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), an indicative budget and the content of your message. We do not collect any data you do not provide yourself.

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics services that process personal data.

Why we process this data

We use your data solely to answer your question and, if you wish, prepare a quote or proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Messages sent via the contact form are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless a collaboration follows. In that case we keep data as long as legally required (including accounting obligations: 7 years).

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers necessary for our operations (such as our hosting provider and email service), always within the European Economic Area or under appropriate safeguards, and only to the extent necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email hi@reflexagency.be. We respond within 30 days.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
